today was a big day. i went up to overland park for an ultrasound and bloodwork like i did last friday but this time i could SEE the egg follicles on the screen! my ovaries are massive...
completely shocking: i had 17 eggs, 8 on one side and 9 on the other!
they said i am doing really well. a few hours later i received a call explaining my next three dosages which have been decreased. on monday i'll go back up for another ultrasound and more bloodwork. i'm hoping on monday they will tell me what day my surgery will be on, either wednesday or thursday.
observations: i can literally feel my ovaries. it's just uncomfortable. i find that i try to carry myself in such a way as to not disturb them, i.e. no jumping or running just soft, careful steps.
tonight i hope to have sean record the two injections.
